Kristen is a qualified quantity surveyor out of the United Kingdom where he held senior commercial positions in large construction organizations and large format blue chip developers. 

Upon arriving in New Zealand in 2017, he has held numerous Directorship roles in both construction and development for a large developer in Auckland. He has proficiency in leading all aspects of the development cycle and has over the last 6 years, personally been a Development Director. He has conceived and overseen developments in excess of a Gross Development Value (GDV) of $500m NZD, and structured finance in excess of $400m NZD.

Kristen's drive and attention to detail throughout the development process helps ensure all items are considered in an ever changing and fluid environment of property development.
